Across your responsibilities
Your role workspace
See assignments, pending approvals, approaching deadlines and recorded blockers across the work you are responsible for. Separate what you must do from what you are waiting on.
Workspaces & AI Companion
See the progress, pending actions and issues relevant to your role. Open the tender or contract behind them, ask questions in context and prepare the next step with the right information and controls.

Across your responsibilities
See assignments, pending approvals, approaching deadlines and recorded blockers across the work you are responsible for. Separate what you must do from what you are waiting on.
Within the selected case
Open the selected case with its progress, participants, documents, evidence, correspondence, decisions and outstanding issues. Follow the links to the relevant task or review.
Both views work from connected procurement records. A task does not become a separate copy when another team or reviewer takes it forward.
Explore the working experience
Start with the buyer's priorities, open the sample tender and follow the evidence behind a prepared next step.

1 tender needs attention
DEMO-TND-001
Technical evaluation · Clearance not approved
These are linked records within the same tender.
What needs attention
Open an item to see why it needs attention, what has already happened and which actions your role can take.
Reviews, approvals, returns and clarifications assigned to you.
Contributions and decisions needed from the responsible people.
Recorded shortfalls, overdue tasks and approaching dates, linked to the work they affect.
AI-prepared findings, drafts or summaries that need your attention before they move forward.
Different responsibilities, connected context
Role names, responsibilities and access are configured for your organisation. Shared context does not mean everyone sees the same information or can take the same actions.
Tender progress, missing contributions, clarifications and work awaiting other teams.
“What is holding up this tender?”
Assigned criteria, submitted evidence, unresolved findings and reviews to complete.
“Which evidence supports this finding?”
Pending decisions, supporting notes, required reviews and return history.
“What is still outstanding before this can be approved?”
Milestones, guarantees, obligations and recorded execution issues.
“Which obligations need attention this week?”
Authorised portfolio status, ageing and cases needing intervention.
“Which cases are overdue, and what reasons are recorded?”
Work with the companion in context
The AI companion works with the authorised records in your selected workspace. Ask about a task, review the supporting information and discuss a possible next step without rebuilding the case context.
Ask about status, recorded blockers, missing contributions and applicable policy references.
Follow the relevant task, document or response. See where information is incomplete or still needs review.
Draft a follow-up, clarification or issue summary for the responsible person's review.
Take the supported next step through the existing task and approval process, then check its recorded outcome.
Help with an issue should lead back to the work: its owner, evidence, next action and resolution record. AI assistance does not itself approve a decision or close a task.
Make AI work visible
Follow AI-assisted work from processing to a reviewable output. Open the supporting evidence, correct or return the result and keep the review connected to the original task.
Illustrative workflow states · Not live processing
An example progression, not a single state model for every task.
Your responsibilities define the boundary
Workspace visibility and AI assistance follow the same access, confidentiality and approval controls as the rest of Tenderabl. Viewing a record does not grant permission to change it, and preparing an action does not authorise its execution.
