Privacy Notice
Adapted from Agentabl’s website information for this Tenderabl preview. Final publication wording will reflect the configured website and enquiry handling.
About this notice
This notice explains how Agentabl handles personal information connected with tenderabl.com, its private demonstrations and enquiries about our products and services. Processing within a customer’s Tenderabl deployment is addressed through the applicable customer agreement and notices.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive your email address, the information in your message, and any contact or business details you choose to share. These may include your name, company, product interests, and the workflow you would like to discuss.
Please share only what is needed for your enquiry. Do not send passwords, financial account details, identification documents, health information, or confidential customer records.
The form in this preview is disabled and does not submit information.
The email link opens your email application so you can contact our designated mailbox at the address shown on our contact page.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond to you, arrange conversations or demonstrations, understand your requirements, and manage the resulting business correspondence. We may also use relevant information to protect our systems, investigate misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Website operation and tracking
Services that deliver and protect this website may process technical information such as an IP address, browser information, request time, and requested page to operate the website and investigate errors or abuse.
The marketing website does not include advertising or third-party analytics trackers. Private client demonstrations use first-party sign-in cookies and record usage as described below.
When the enquiry form is enabled, the server checks the supplied information and uses temporary keyed digests of the network address and email address to limit excessive submissions. A request reference, keyed content digest, timestamp and acceptance state support safe retries for up to 24 hours. The retry store does not contain the enquiry text. Form contents are not saved in browser storage, analytics or ordinary application logs.
Private client demonstrations
Private demos use sample records. To support your evaluation and protect access, we record your required sign-in name, client invitation, time, browser/session identifiers, device category, selected role, screens, selected actions and approximate active time. Names are not verified, and shared links do not prove identity. Owner previews and suspected automated checks are distinguished. Usage history excludes passwords, search text, product form contents, screen recordings, IP addresses and full browser details.
First-party cookies support sign-in, browser recognition and form protection; browser storage keeps preferences and tour progress. Sign-in lasts up to eight hours, or seven days with Remember me, and ends when the invitation expires. Browser recognition lasts up to 90 days. There are no advertising or third-party analytics trackers.
Questions and issue reports store your message, any summary and impact, optional reply email and screen context separately from usage history; nothing is emailed automatically. Only the demo owner can view usage and feedback. Both are kept for up to 90 days; invitations are removed 90 days after expiry or revocation. Sign out to end your session. Contact your inviter or our privacy contact for access, correction or deletion requests.
Who receives information
Our designated sales team may access your enquiry to respond to it. Providers supporting the website and business email may process information needed to deliver those services. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and address unlawful activity.
When enabled, website enquiries are transmitted through Resend to the designated mailbox. Hosting and the shared Redis service support delivery and abuse protection. The request contains the fields you submit, a reference, a timestamp and the page from which you opened the enquiry route. The form does not capture arbitrary URL query strings or referrers, and it does not send you an automatic confirmation email.
Our team operates in India. Information may be handled in other countries where our service providers operate, subject to applicable requirements.
Retention and security
Enquiry and correspondence retention periods will be confirmed before public launch. We will retain information only for the purposes described in the final notice and applicable record-keeping requirements.
No website, email service, or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Please limit enquiries to information suitable for business email.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop further enquiry follow-up by emailing the address shown on our contact page.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including access to or a copy of personal information, withdrawal of consent where processing relies on it, and the ability to raise a complaint with an appropriate authority. We may need to verify your identity and consider legal exceptions when responding.
Children and changes
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
We may update this notice as the website or our practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
